Returns & Complaints

Short and sweet:

  • Free returns within Germany — you’ll receive the label from us.

  • Returns from outside Germany must be self-arranged and paid for by you (including purchasing the return label).

  • Eligible claims are always free, even from outside Germany.

Extended return period for risk-free gifting: All orders placed in December can be registered for return up to and including the end of the first calendar week (week 1) of the following year.

We care deeply about your satisfaction. Ensuring our products meet your quality expectations is especially important to us. If the product isn’t right for you, you can return it within 14 days free of charge within Germany. Returns from abroad must be arranged and paid for by you, including the purchase of the return label.

How to return an item within Germany

  1. Please email your return request to contact@wakapapa.de and specify which products you’d like to send back. We’ll then send you a DHL return label. Not Printer is needed. Make sure the products are unused and in the same condition as received. Keep the invoice for your records.

  2. Place the items including free gifts in a parcel and attach the return label to the outside.

  3. For returns within Germany, drop the parcel at a post office or DHL shop — there’s no postage cost for you.

  4. As soon as your return arrives, we’ll process it and refund the purchase price within 5 business days (usually faster) to the same payment method you used at checkout.

Claims

If a product has a defect or fault, you can of course return your order within 14 days free of charge (including from abroad), and we’ll refund the value of the goods. In case of a claim, follow the steps above and request your free return label. We may ask you for photos of the defect.
