Payment / Shipping

All prices include the legally required value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

Domestic Shipping (Germany):
Delivery is free of charge within Germany via DHL.

International Shipping:
The shipping cost for international deliveries via DHL is €9.95 and applies to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Ireland, Finland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia.

Shipping costs to non-EU countries via DHL are €19.95 plus customs duties & taxes (handling to be carried out by the buyer).

Liechtenstein, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany will take place within 2 - 5 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Prepayment:
For payments via prepayment, the order will be shipped as soon as the amount to be paid has been received. This will be communicated to you in a timely manner with the bank details in the confirmation email after your order in the shop. Or here:

For the prepayment method, the order is reserved for one week from the order date. If no payment is received during this period, the order will be canceled and made available for shipment to other customers.

PayPal:
With PayPal, we offer secure, easy, and fast online payments. Bank and credit card details are only stored with PayPal and are not sent over the internet with every purchase.

Purchase on Account (PayPal Plus):
Pay conveniently and securely with purchase on account through our partner "RatePay" (no PayPal account required). The invoice will be sent to you directly by email from our partner RatePay. You then have 30 days to pay the invoice.

All payment transactions are handled through RatePay; you do not need a PayPal account. The following criteria must be met to use the "Purchase on Account" payment method for your order:

• Over 18 years old

• Billing address is identical to the home address

• Delivery to a Packstation is not possible

• The order value in your shopping cart is under €1000

• Order as a private customer; this payment method is not available for business customers

Once the order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation, shipping information, and payment details from us. The invoice with the payment request will be sent by RatePay via email.
